BE AMAZING NYC



Desmond Napoles is the designer behind Be Amazing NYC, a queer-owned and operated small business that designs inclusive clothing and accessories. With fashion as the medium for individualism and self-expression, Be Amazing NYC aims to create an affirming shopping experience for the LGBTQ+ community as well as their allies.


There will be a relaunch of Be Amazing NYC's ecommerce website in November/December 2022. It is currently down for renovation.

BE AMAZING: A HISTORY OF PRIDE



Desmond Napoles wrote the children's book, "Be Amazing: A History of Pride," illustrated by Dylan Glynn, and published by Macmillan in July 2020. While offering an overview of the history of the LGBTQ community, Desmond emphasizes the importance of embracing your uniqueness and ignoring those who oppose it.

In April 2021, Desmond Napoles released their debut single, "We Are Amazing". Produced by Tomas Costanza, the track was written by Desmond Napoles, Ashley Levy, Paul Coultrup, and Tomas Costanza. Presented by PEG Records and Warner Music Group Alternative Distribution Alliance.

HAUS OF AMAZING JR
HAUS OF DARLINGS



Desmond Napoles founded the Haus of Amazing and the Haus of Amazing Jr, both online communities for LGBTQ and gender variant youth and their allies, along with the Haus of Darlings, which is a support group for parents, guardians, and educators. Community launches are scheduled for 2023. The logo was created by graphic designer, Luke Mosling.
